reading asoiaf on my fave bridge at my emotional support nature trails near my house….feels like im in high school again… can’t decide if that’s positive or a negative…. highly recommend going outside…..i struggle with ocd and paranoia and ‘touching grass’ does wonders…. anyways…qotd… what’s your favorite way to relax?

step 1: book
step 2: blanket
step 3: go outside, like, in direct sunlight, on grass
step 4: lay down blanket on ground
step 5: lay self down on blanket leisurely
step 6: read until fall asleep
step 7: nap in sunlight like kbity
step 8: awake forgetting that problems exist

i like eating and watching something funny and listening to music and tslking to my friends and gf

I code or write. That is why you see me code so much. It's helping my mental health would highly recommend

getting outside does help. i've been home for like a week i should prob touch grass too. uhhh fave way to relax is server maintenance
