you can turn any website making platform into a blog if you wanted to... or like a neocities or something I cant use neocities its blocked for me but I've always wanted to make one

you could try a yarn instance - i have my own but gotm is blocked for you :( yarn isn't fedi btw they only connect with other yarn/twtxt instances, no fedi at all. there's not that many people with instances that have open signups so i could probably ask around and find one that'd be willing to let you in. for now you can get a feel for things by poking around the flagship instance to see what it's like

personally i do not right now, but there are tons of blogging platforms out there:
- you could make one on neocities
- blogger still exists i’m pretty sure
- dreamwidth
- wix
- wordpress
if you’re looking for microblogging specifically, then i’d suggest a fediverse instance, or perhaps bluesky or pillowfort
