i'd invite you to mine but i'm having tech issues with it so it's quite unreliable rn. also i don't back up the data on purpose. i'd say look for gotosocial or misskey instances, those fair better these days than the likes of mastodon or pleroma based instances. @mana might have some good input here as a misskey (fork?) instance user
