forgejo is an open source platform that anyone can host. the only "official" host of the software is codeberg and i do not believe that address is tied to codeberg. also nevi side note but i'd appreciate if you'd stop using my site and the ask all feature as a way to address personal conflicts. please reach out in private to those who can and will take action because as it stands you will gain nothing from sending asks to users
