Let me offer my two cents, please? 🪙 : You haven’t failed yourself, younger or present. Nor anyone around you. As children, we believe turning 18 is the end of our lives — we should be great, respectable by then. The truth is, your life only just begins at 18. You’re already showing glimmers of all you can be — What you are, what you will change, what you will be. None of it is negative. It simply is.

Your peers may seem put together — They’re in your boat too! Some may even be more aimless — but they’re on a road nonetheless. You are on your path, they are on theirs. Even if a tree falls in your way, you choose how to get over it.

I hope these words provide some wisdom. Or maybe, none at all. Life is all about the adventure, okay?
