I’m tweaking I swear I’ve never been anxious about germs but now I am but that because I keep overthinking my health and i need to go a psychiatrist to see if I have GAD (very specific anxiety disorder) i worry about everything little thing i do that i used to do such as rubbing my eyes, hangnail, scratches from animals, scratched my nose on accident, back pain, chest pain, stomach pain IM IRRITATED

Any fun things you all would like to suggest me to do?

my puppy scratched the living hell out of me (i cleaned all the scratches)
