Smoothie so Good I have to ask Another QOTD

ANsel's QOTD.. What doy OU like in your Smoothie!

I put blueberries, Rasperries, strawberries, and Bananas. I boiled them and Hand mashed them myself before Mixing them with apple Juice and a wee Bit of sugar. Just for me, I also Put in some of My fiber supplement. Best beverage (or Thing in general) that I have Ever consumed TBH.
