as for the qotd one of the things that calms me down is talking to my girlfriend, sleeping also helps me calm down too OH AND ALSO LISTENING TO MUSIC but sometimes it doesnt work.
i dont really have any other options when it comes to calming down because anything can make me feel stressed so easily
