hi guys gm. how do you deal with paranoia and anxiety. especially looking for pwbpd to help because i think you guys would understand my situation more i suppose
I don't. I tend to ignore my emotions and stuff. As previously stated, I can become unresponsive when it gets bad enough. I just don't like feeling those things and try to shut them out because if I don't, everything else starts seeping in. Like instead of just being paranoid or anxious, I become paranoid AND anxious AND angry AND sad AND god knows what else. I am a WRECK!
