okay I'm going to be talking about a anime but the fandom is lowkey dead rn so Alice in Borderland has three different versions there is the manga the anime and then there is the live action the manga is the original version and is where it all started the basic plot of Alice in Borderland is about these characters that wake up in a different world and they have to play these games in order to survive. There are different games with different difficulty and levels that they have to beat in order to continue living. you have something called a Visa in this world and when your visa runs out of days you will die , in order to earn more days you have to play more games. the difficulty is based on a deck of cards so there's like spades clubs hearts diamonds. clubs are teamwork games , hearts the hardest type of games is a psychological type of games , diamonds are intelligence games & spades are physical games. the live action & the manga have characters that look very different imo but at least they have similar clothing style and at least almost the same hairstyle. the live action version is actually going to be solo from season 3 in onwards because the manga and the anime have both already ended but the live action wants to continue on so now they're going basically on a solo route instead of following the manga or anime
